Returns and Exchange Policy
Overview
At Last Fantasy, we understand the importance of finding the perfect fit. Our returns and exchange policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive your purchase. If 7 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, clean, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We only offer exchanges for size differences, and we do not accept returns for a refund. Our products are made-to-order, meaning each piece is crafted specifically for you.
Please note that the cost of the exchange shipment will be shared between the customer and Last Fantasy, with each party covering half of the shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items:
● Gift cards
● Intimate or sanitary goods
● Items not in their original condition or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only if the item you received is defective, damaged, or if you require a different size. To request an exchange, please contact us at support@lastfantasyfashion.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your request is approved, we will send you the return instructions.
Exchange Process
● Contact us at support@lastfantasyfashion.com with your order details and reason for exchange.
● We will confirm your eligibility and provide instructions for returning the item.
● Once we receive and inspect the item, we will email you notification regarding the approval or rejection of your exchange request.
● If approved, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you as soon as possible.
Shipping Returns
When returning an item for an exchange, follow the steps mentioned above, and once approved, we will provide you with the address of the office so that you can please make the shipment. As mentioned, shipping costs for exchanges are split, with each party covering half.
Special Offer for Exchanges
Once your exchange is approved, you will have the option to receive a coupon with a 20% discount on your next purchase. This coupon can be used to purchase another item, which will be shipped together with your exchanged product. It’s our way of thanking you for choosing Last Fantasy and ensuring that you find the perfect style!
