Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Last Fantasy, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality and service. This Returns & Exchanges Policy explains in detail how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled depending on the destination country of your order.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

🇨🇴 COLOMBIA (Domestic Orders)

Orders delivered within Colombia are governed by Colombian consumer protection law, including Law 1480 (Estatuto del Consumidor).

1. Legal Right of Withdrawal (Derecho de Retracto)

In accordance with Colombian law:

  • Customers have five (5) business days from the date of delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to Bogotá.
  • The refund will include the value paid for the product.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed within the legally established timeframe after the product is received and inspected.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Final Sale items
  • Personalized or custom products (if applicable)
  • Products that show signs of use

2. Commercial Exchange Policy (Beyond Legal Requirement)

As an additional benefit to our customers, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within ten (10) calendar days from the delivery date.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, free of odors, stains, makeup marks, perfume, or deodorant traces.
  • All original tags must remain attached.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging (20x20x5 box or equivalent protection).
  • The customer covers shipping costs to Bogotá.
  • Last Fantasy covers the shipping cost of the replacement product within Colombia.
  • Only one (1) exchange is permitted per order.

If the returned item does not meet quality standards upon inspection, the exchange will not be processed and the item may be returned to the customer at their expense.


3. Refunds After 5 Business Days

After the legal withdrawal period:

  • Refunds are only granted in cases of manufacturing defects or verified fulfillment errors.
  • The customer must return the product to Bogotá.
  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • Products showing signs of use are not eligible.

🇺🇸 UNITED STATES

Orders delivered within the United States follow our premium U.S. service structure.

Returns must be sent to our Miami logistics partner (Marbe). Products must NOT be returned to Colombia for U.S. orders.

1. Exchanges (United States)

  • Requests must be made within ten (10) days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, odor-free, and with original tags attached.
  • Returned in original packaging.
  • One (1) complimentary exchange per order.

For the first exchange:

  • We provide the return shipping label to Miami.
  • We cover the shipping cost of the replacement product.

If a second exchange is requested:

  • The customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs.

2. Refunds (United States)

First Purchase Guarantee

For a customer’s first purchase only:

  • One (1) complimentary return is allowed.
  • We provide the return label to Miami.
  • Only the product value is refunded.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Subsequent Purchases

For future orders:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping to Miami.
  • Only the product value is refunded.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection and approval.


3. Special Low-Value Resolution (Internal Discretion)

In certain cases involving defective items or significant dissatisfaction with lower-priced products, Last Fantasy may issue a refund without requiring the product to be returned.

This decision is made at our sole discretion and is not an automatic customer entitlement.


🌎 INTERNATIONAL (Outside USA)

This section applies to all countries outside Colombia and the United States.

International customers are responsible for carefully reviewing this section before placing an order.

All approved international returns must be shipped to Bogotá, Colombia.


1. Exchanges (International)

  • Requests must be submitted within ten (10) days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, odor-free, with tags attached and in original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to Bogotá.
  • Only one (1) exchange per order is permitted.

Replacement Shipping Policy:

  • For orders with a product value above $100 USD, Last Fantasy covers the shipping cost of the replacement item.
  • For orders under $100 USD, the customer must pay a reduced international logistics fee before the replacement item is shipped.

If the returned item does not meet quality standards, the exchange will be denied.


2. Refunds (International)

  • Refund requests must be submitted within five (5) days of delivery.
  • The customer is fully responsible for return shipping to Bogotá.
  • Only the product value is refundable.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Import duties, VAT, customs fees, and taxes paid in the destination country are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed after the product is received and inspected.


3. Customs & International Return Responsibility

When returning products internationally:

  • The customer is responsible for properly declaring the package as a return shipment.
  • Any customs charges incurred upon re-entry into Colombia may be deducted from the refund if applicable.
  • Last Fantasy is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or seized during international return transit.

General Conditions (All Regions)

The following conditions apply to all returns and exchanges:

  • Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup marks, perfume, deodorant residue, or signs of wear.
  • Items that have been washed or altered are not eligible.
  • Final Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Requests made after the applicable timeframes will not be accepted.
  • The product must be shipped within five (5) days after return approval. Failure to do so may result in case cancellation.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with these standards.
