Shipping & International Duties Policy

Effective Date: February 2026

Last Fantasy ships internationally from Colombia. This policy explains in detail how shipping, customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and related charges are handled for both domestic and international orders.

We strongly encourage all customers to read this policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the terms described below.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed after full payment confirmation.
Processing includes:

  • Order verification
  • Quality control inspection
  • Secure packaging
  • Preparation of export documentation
  • Commercial invoice and customs declaration preparation

Processing times may vary depending on order volume and product availability.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and may vary depending on:

  • Destination country
  • Customs procedures
  • Carrier operations
  • Local holidays
  • Security inspections

2. International Shipping Overview

All international orders are shipped from Colombia under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms unless explicitly stated otherwise.

When your package enters the destination country, it must undergo customs clearance. Customs authorities may review the shipment to determine whether import duties, VAT, GST, sales taxes, or administrative fees apply under local regulations.

Customs procedures are governed exclusively by the laws of the destination country and are entirely outside of our control.

3. Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU)

Under DDU terms:

  • The customer is considered the importer of record.
  • Import duties, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or administrative charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • Customs authorities may require payment before releasing the package.
  • The carrier may contact you to arrange payment of these charges.

We do not collect foreign import taxes in advance (except where legally required within Colombia).

4. How Import Charges Are Determined

Import charges depend on:

  • Declared customs value (commercial invoice value)
  • Product classification (HS Code)
  • Country of origin
  • Trade agreements
  • Local VAT or tax laws
  • De minimis thresholds
  • Shipping method

These variables are determined solely by customs authorities and may change without notice.
We:

  • Declare the accurate commercial value of all merchandise
  • Provide correct product descriptions
  • Declare country of origin accurately

We do not undervalue merchandise or misdeclare shipments. Requests to modify customs declarations cannot be accommodated.

Country-Specific Import Information

Below you will find detailed guidance for each region and country we ship to. Regulations may change, and customers are responsible for verifying current local rules.

For orders delivered within Colombia:

  • U.S. Customs and Border Protection retains discretion to inspect shipments.
  • Certain product categories may be subject to additional review.
  • State-level taxes may apply in specific situations.
  • Regulations may change at any time.

We do not guarantee duty exemption. Customers are responsible for verifying applicable import regulations.

5. Refusal of Delivery

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the package is abandoned or destroyed by customs due to non-payment, no refund will be issued.

6. Customs Delays

Customs inspections may cause delays beyond estimated delivery times.

Last Fantasy:

  • Does not control customs processing
  • Cannot expedite customs clearance
  • Is not responsible for customs-related delays

Delivery estimates do not include customs processing time.

7. Currency & Customs Valuation

Prices displayed in your local currency are approximate conversions for convenience.

Customs authorities calculate duties based on:

  • Declared commercial invoice value (in USD)
  • Official exchange rates determined by the destination country

Currency fluctuations do not alter the declared customs value.

8. Customer Acknowledgment

By placing an international order, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for complying with your countryโ€™s import laws.
  • Your order may be subject to duties, VAT, GST, or other fees.
  • These charges are determined by your local customs authority.
  • Failure to pay may result in delays, return, abandonment, or destruction of the shipment.

9. Questions Before Ordering

We strongly recommend contacting your local customs authority if you are unsure about potential charges.
